Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Hoye, J.), entered June 15, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal mischief in the second degree, criminal mischief in the third degree (four counts) and criminal mischief in the fourth degree (seven counts).
