This case involves the termination of employee Lita Manygoats (“Manygoats”), a member of the Navajo Nation, by her employer, Cameron Trading Post (“Cameron”), a non-Indian company located on the Navajo Nation. Cameron appeals from Orders issued by the Navajo Nation Labor Commission (“Labor Commission”) on remand from a prior decision of this Court, Manygoats v. Cameron Trading Post, 8 Nav. R. 3 (Nav. Sup.
