| TWe granted a writ in this matter to resolve the res nova issue of who, in purchasing a Motor Vehicle Liability Policy as defined in LSA-R.S. 32:900, may execute an excluded driver endorsement which results in a resident of the household being excluded pursuant to the provisions of LSA-R.S. 32:900(L) as amended in 2001. We find the exclusion of a resident, 19-year-old son executed by his mother was valid based on the language of the statute.
