—Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Dwyer, J.), rendered June 17, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Judgment affirmed.
On this record, we cannot agree with defendant that the denial, as untimely, of that branch of his omnibus motion which sought a Wade hearing constituted an abuse of discretion.
