Overruling petition.
In a petition for a rehearing, we are asked to with-, draw the opinion that may be found in 177 Ky. 623, and ^ affirm the judgment, which was reversed upon the ground 'that the trial court committed error in instructing the jury that they might award punitive damages, and in allowing the plaintiffs to get before the jury what happened -on the trial of a former case between the same parties in which the plaintiffs recovered damages for the same cause of action for which the damages- were recovered in this case.
