The plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, was convicted in the county court of Blaine county on a charge of selling whisky, and sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and to serve 30 days in the county jail.

The information is predicated' on the testimony of Hans Wildt and O. F. Crum. Numerous errors are argued in the brief going in the main to the admission of testimony on the part of the state and the exclusion of evidence offered by defendant. Special counsel assisting in the prosecution objected to much of the evidence offered by the defense, and his objections in several instances…
