Appellant was charged with violating a lawful general regulation, Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 892 (1976) and assault with intent to commit murder, Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934 (1976).
