ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS FOR LACK OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION OR, ALTERNATIVELY, FOR IMPROPER VENUE

WINGATE, District Judge.

Before this court is defendants’ motion asking this court to dismiss plaintiffs complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction or, alternatively, to dismiss the complaint for improper venue. Basing the motion upon the urgings of Rule 12(b)(2) and (3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 1 defen dants argue that they are not amenable to suit in this federal forum. Although plaintiff opposes the motion, this court is persuaded to grant it.
