This is an action in réplevin brought by the Commissioner of Finance (O. H. Moberly) of the State of Missouri, and presently maintained by his .substituted successor in office (R. W. Holt), in charge of the People’s Bank of Butler, in process of liquidation, for the recovery of certain assets of the bank which are described in the petition.
