MEMORANDUM OPINION
CACHERIS, District Judge.
This is an antitrust case in which three of the four plaintiff psychologists have been refused listing in the “National Register,” which lists the names and credentials of licensed or certified psychologists. The remaining plaintiff never applied for listing in the National Register, but alleges injury nonetheless. 1 Defendants are the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology, Inc.
