ALDRICH, District Judge.
This is an application for a temporary injunction made by the regional director of the National Labor Relations Board, hereafter called petitioner and the Board, pursuant to § 10(i) of the National Labor Relations Act, 61 Stat. 136, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 141 et seq., hereafter called the Act. The defendants’ answer admits a number of the allegations in the complaint; a stipulation covers a number of other matters, and as to the balance I took evidence.
