This is an original proceeding by certiorari whereby the relator, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, seeks to quash the opinion of the Kansas City Court of Appeals in the case of Bailey v. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, 115 S.W.2d 151, which was an action, by the administratrix of the estate of Dan L.
