The plaintiffs in their amended petition allege that the Farmers State Bank of Petersburg, Nebraska,, is a corporation, and that, until shortly before, it was known as the Bank of Petersburg, but by a change in its articles of incorporation the name was changed to Farmers State Bank of Petersburg, and that A. J.
