Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Moskowitz, J.), rendered April 13, 1987, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal *1050possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
