In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered December 11, 1975, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ motion for leave to amend the ad damnum clause of the complaint to the extent of permitting its increase to the sum of $500,000. Order affirmed, without costs or disbursements, on condition that plaintiffs’ attorneys pay the sum of $200 to the defendants, within 40 days after service upon plaintiffs of a copy of the order to be made hereon, together with notice of entry thereof; in the event…
