— I. The son of appellant, one Lee Bennett, was tried in the district court of Fremont County for the crime of burglary. Upon the trial of that case, a party purporting to be one Moore was a witness in behalf of the defendant. In the instant case, the appellant js charged with subornation of perjury in connection with the testimony of said Moore in the action against Lee Bennett. Appellant contends that the evidence is insufficient to support a conviction. It is unnecessary that we review it in detail.
