This proceeding is before the Court on the Debtor-In-Possession’s application to reject its collective bargaining agreement with the Birmingham Musicians’ Protective Association, Local 256-733, of the American Federation of Musicians and on the Debtor-In-Possession’s Motion for Authority to Limit Cafeteria Plan Payments.
