INTRODUCTION
On September 9, 2014 (the “Petition Date”), Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc., and its affiliated Debtors, including Trump Taj Mahal Associates, LLC (the “Debtors”) filed for bankruptcy pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
