BACON, Judge.

Appellee is a milk producer and joined appellant organization which acts as a marketing agent for milk producers. In joining appellant’s organization, appellee entered into written agreements with appellant, which agreements contained terms as to how much appellant would receive for milk marketed for him and his wife. Exactly what price arrangement to which the parties agreed is the basis of the dispute here, and its solution hinges on a determination of which of two possible agreements was made, that is, either the one we will call the “1968 Plan” — the one appellee contends was…
