This is an appeal of an order of the Circuit Court which revoked the defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence pursuant to Ill. Rev. Stat. (1969) ch. 38, par. 117 — 3 (d).

We affirm.

In November, 1965, in the Circuit Court of Cook County, the defendant pleaded guilty to a charge of burglary and was placed on probation for five years. Because that conviction constituted a violation of an Indiana parole, he was returned to that state to serve the remaining two years of a ten year sentence.
