OPINION

OLIVER-PARROTT, Justice.

We are asked to decide whether the trial court rendered judgment after an oral non-suit with prejudice. We hold the trial court did not render judgment and therefore the *504appellants are not prohibited from withdrawing their consent to a nonsuit with prejudice.
