BECKER, Circuit Judge.
This appeal from a judgment in a criminal ease requires us to address several interesting and important questions arising under the Sentencing Reform Act and the Sentencing Guidelines.
Defendant Rene Spiropoulos entered into a plea agreement with the government that required him to cooperate in the investigation of individuals who had committed offenses related to his.
