State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Vernon Steury, the personal representative of the Estate of Esther Steury, deceased, (the "Estate"), and Ervin Miller and Marie Miller, the parents of Wendy Miller, a deceased minor, (the "Millers"), and the trial court's denial of State Farm's motion for summary judgment.
