The defendant was charged in two counts with (1) selling liquor without a permit in violation of § 30-77 of the General Statutes and (2) violation of the state policy law, § 53-298, as amended by Public Acts 1961, No. 528, § 2. Upon a trial to the jury, she was found guilty on both counts.
