¶ 1 Appellants, Jacob F. Welteroth, Gregory F. Welteroth and Joseph Anthony Realty, appeal from the December 8, 2005 Order sustaining appellees’ preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer.

¶ 2 On or about February 25, 2005, appellants and appellees executed a Standard Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate (“Agreement”). 1 Record, No. 6, Complaint, Exb. A.
