This is an application for a writ of supervisory control. The petition for the writ discloses the following facts:
On May 2, 1923, the Banking Corporation of Montana, by reason of its insolvency, closed its doors. The failure was a bad one, so that its entire remaining assets, with the added stockholders’ liability on a capitalization of $500,000, would produce a fund so comparatively small that it would pay but a slight percentage of the demands of the depositors and other creditors.
