Reversing.
The appellee and plaintiff below, Rebecca Combs, recovered a judgment in the Perry circuit court against appellant and defendant below, J. T. Wells, for the sum of $500.00 as compensation for injuries sustained by her when defendant’s truck collided with her on the public highway where it runs through the suburban village of Walkerton, immediately east of the city of Hazard, Ky.
