MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO ABANDON EAST AUDEN CIRCLE HOUSE IN FULL SATISFACTION OF CLAIMS

I.INTRODUCTION

Will Clay Perry (the Debtor) filed the Debtor’s Motion to Abandon East Auden Circle House in Full Satisfaction of Claims (Motion to Abandon). [Docket No. 154.] Amegy Mortgage Company, L.L.C.
