DECISION.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Oludayo Ashipa pleaded guilty to two counts of theft, two counts of identity fraud, and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. In the case numbered B-0401447, the trial court sentenced him to 17 months for one count of theft and to four years for one count of identity fraud, to be served concurrently.
