PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

A negligence and products liability case involving a Honda three-wheeled all-terrain cycle (ATC) was brought by appellant Webster. We affirm the trial court’s judgment.

On November 24, 1984, Sonya Renee Webster (Renee) was a passenger on an ATC driven by William Lipsey (William), a high school classmate. The ATC turned over and Renee was seriously injured.
