Reduced to brief terms the situation presented by the record is one where Emma Gr. Robinson by the payment of $1,000 acquired from the Browns an option whereby she could purchase the real property owned by the Browns by paying within a prescribed time the additional sum of $10,000 and giving a note for $25,000 secured by a mortgage on the premises; and, being unable to borrow the funds with which to make the necessary additional payment, she transferred her option to the Moores in consideration of the payment to her of $1,000, the exercise by the Moores of the right to purchase the property…
