In this case, the plaintiff, Alexander Harris, accuses the Powhatan County School Board (“the Board”) of racial and age-based discrimination in eliminating his long-time position with Powhatan County Schools. The Board has moved for summary judgment under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56(a).
