On October 16, 2014, plaintiff Eileen Domenech-Rodriguez (“Domenech”) commenced this action against defendant Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (“Banco Popular”), by filing a complaint alleging discrimination and retaliation claims under -Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5, and several Puerto Rico laws. (ECF No. 1.) Banco *231Popular answered the complaint, denying its claims. (ECF No. 7.)
