OPINION
CORNELIUS BLACKSHEAR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the Chapter 11 Trustee’s, Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee’s and Inter-venors’ Motions for Partial Summary Judgment. Although the Trustee and the Intervenors (collectively referred to as the Movants) have filed separate complaints in this matter, the gist of the relief being sought by the Movants is essentially the same; they want a declaratory judgment from this Court that a certain exclusion in the director and officer policy issued by the defendant does not apply to bar coverage in a separate action…
