This is a review of the report of the commissioner as to the distribution of surplus proceeds of the sale of the steamer Gordon Campbell, now in the registry of the court. A portion of the claim filed by Russell & Watson, as assignees of *964Windmuller & Co., and that of William Brinnen, are under exception.
As to the AVindmuller claim: Under the law applicable to maritime liens when the ship is in her home port, the parties dealing with the owners for supplies to be furnished to the vessel are presumed to be dealing on the personal credit of the owners, unless such supplies…
