The steamship Willamette Yalley was seized under process issuing from this court at the suit of the above-named libelant, to enforce a maritime lien for supplies far-; nished the vessel. Previous thereto she had been arrested upon the libel filed by one Patrick Gleeson, seeking to recover damages incurred while a passenger on hoard of said steamship, but had been released upon a bond given to the United States marshal under the provision of section 941 of the Revised Statutes.
