1. According to the allegations of the plaintiff’s petition and the disputed testimony offered in support thereof, the defendant was guilty of negligence per se-in violating a municipal ordinance of the city of Savannah, regulating the manner in which an automobile should make a turn to the left at an intersecting street. See O’Dell v. Wolcott, 14 Ga. App. 530 (3, 4), 537, 538 (81 S. E. 819).
