— Sadie B. Peck died November 6, 1939, unmarried and testate. Her will, dated September 16, 1939, was admitted to probate on November 8,1939, and letters testamentary thereunder thereupon issued to Clarence C. Mendelsohn, executor named, the co-executrix, Elizabeth Peck, having renounced. . . .
