Appellant, guardian of the estates of three minor remaindermen, complains of the failure of the court below, in adjudicating the surviving executor’s account, to surcharge it because of the shrinkage in the value of securities it held when it should have sold them (so appellant contends) in order to discharge debts of the estate.
