The plaintiff, Bazarian International Financial Associates, LLC, sued the defendants, Desarrollos Hotelco, C.A. ("Hotelco C.A."), Desarrollos Hotelco Corporation DHC Aruba, N.V. ("DHC"), and Desarrollos Hotelco Corporation Curacao Holding, N.V. ("Hotelco Curacao"), after the defendants refused to pay the plaintiff for investment banking services provided in anticipation of developing Aruba's beachfront Ritz Carlton hotel.
