MEMORANDUM OPINION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO ALTER OR AMEND JUDGMENT

This proceeding relates to the bankruptcy case originally filed by Kimberly Anderle Abma (“Debtor” or “Mrs. Abma”) under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. (“Code”) on October 2, 1996. Debtor received her bankruptcy discharge on February 9, 1997. Subsequently, she moved here to bar her former spouse from asserting claims against Debtor and her property pursuant to Code § 524(a). On June 13, 1997, the Debtor’s motion was denied.
