MEMORANDUM AND ORDER This matter is before the court on Plaintiff’s motion to alter or amend judgment under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 59 and 60. (Doc. 177.) However, as explained below, the court construes Plaintiff’s filing as a motion for reconsideration of an interlocutory order. The motion is briefed and ripe for decision.
