Following a jury trial, defendant, Darryl Taybom, was found guilty of attempted first degree murder, aggravated battery with a firearm, and aggravated discharge of a firearm, and sentenced to concurrent terms of 30 years for attempted murder, 20 years for aggravated battery with a firearm, and 15 years for aggravated discharge of a firearm.
