ORDER
DANIEL, District Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendants’ Joint Motion to Dismiss Antitrust Claims, filed July 3, 2003 (“Mot. to Dismiss”). Pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 12(b)(6), this motion seeks to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Second Revised Third Amended Complaint [hereinafter “Second Revised Third Amended Complaint” or “SRTAC”] regarding Plaintiffs’ first, second, and third claims, alleging a conspiracy to re strain trade in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1, a conspiracy to monopolize in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 2, and attempted monopolization in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 2, respectively.
