Emile Grossman, an attorney licensed to practice in the state of California; Louis Kameny, a physician and surgeon likewise licensed to practice in this state, and Adrienne Udstone were indicted by the grand jury of Alameda County on July 30, 1937, for the following offenses, charged in six counts, in this order: 1.
