On the 18th day of January, 1919, in. the district court of Haskell county, Joseph Harris, plaintiff in error herein, and hereafter referred to as defendant, was convicted of the crime of seduction, committed on the 9th day of May, 1918, and sentenced to serve a term of two years in the state penitentiary. From this judgment of conviction defendant prosecutes his appeal to this court.
