Robert L. Geltzer, the Chapter 7 Trustee of the Estate of Estella Brizinova and Edward Soshkin, aka Eduard Soshkin (together, the "Debtors"), commenced this adversary proceeding by filing a complaint (the "Complaint"), against defendants Estella Brizinova and Edward Soshkin.
