Appellant was convicted by a general court-martial of possession, sale, and transfer of heroin, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 1 year, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade. The convening authority and. the United States Army Court of Military Review approved the findings and sentence.
