EVERETT, Chief Judge:

On November 30, 1978, and January 25, 1979, at Wurzburg, Federal Republic of Germany, appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of officers for possessing, transferring, and selling 3.78 grams of marihuana in the hashish form on August 26, 1978.1 After appellant was found *123guilty as charged, the military judge observed that the offenses were “clearly multiplicious” and that he intended to dismiss two of the three specifications.
