William Hegner appeals from a judgment settling the final account of the Frances Kugler estate, which assessed liability against him in the form of an interest surcharge for failing to invest accumulated estate funds in secure, interest-bearing investments. We conclude that the trial court assessed an incorrect rate of post-decision interest, and we modify the judgment accordingly.
